Breakfast Ride

The Breakfast Horseback Ride is offered on Wednesday Morning at the ranch. We start at the Bar Lazy J where you and your family get your portraits taken by our professional photographer. This is an all walking ride, which is led by the Helmicki’s through the sage-covered hills along the Colorado River.

Children 6 yrs. old and younger along with anyone else who does not want to ride, can drive with the Children’s Counselors in our Van to the Breakfast site to meet up with the other guests.

Our Chef doesn't Mess Around when it comes to cooking up your breakfast!

You will get to cross the river on horseback and will unsaddle at a campground where our Chef and kitchen staff will serve up a Hearty Colorado Breakfast. After breakfast, the rides are offered as usual and you can choose to go on a Scenic, Moderate, or Adventure horseback riding.
