As we often do, we find ourselves thinking of the Bar Lazy J. For all the fond memories, great food, solitude and relaxation, we are indebted. For those of you who are considering a trip, we have no higher recommendation for a vacation. We never expected to go back to the same place even twice. Six years later we have been five times and enjoy it more each time. To all the staff, we hope this finds you healthy and happy. Jerry and Cheri, Happy Hoidays and we'll see you soon.

I've been to the Bar Lazy J three times over four years, and after the first trip determined that I was destined to live near the ranch. There are no words to describe how much I love coming to the ranch, and I can't wait til I'm old enough to work there. The atmosphere, the people, the very air in the Rocky Mountains, all of these are part of the unforgettable experience of the Bar Lazy J. I can't wait to go back home in 2008!!

It's February, and Mark and I can not stop thinking about our wonderful honeymoon vacation last year. We miss everyone and look at our pictures ALOT! Sadly, we won't be able to make it this summer but next summer we plan to come out with our two youngest children. We just can't wait. Already counting the weeks before it's time to go again. I have designated this my happy place. When ever I need to escape the realities of the real world like husband, work, etc. I look at my pictures that are now my permanent screensavers and I am back riding the trails and relaxing by the river.

We had a wonderful time at Bar Lazy J in mid August. Jerry even arranged for a rainbow, a full moon on the river, and a romantic engagement when we were there! My children comment almost daily about what they would be doing if they were still on the ranch. They also frequently shout, "Watch out, Because, We are the Outlaws." (Thanks Tammy) We'l be back!

It's not just about the horses at BLJ, and the horses are awesome. It's not just about the food which is plentiful and great. It's not just about the incredible staff. It's not just about fishing and relaxation or the nature hikes. It's about experiencing the entire western cowboy lifestyle. It's all of it combined that makes Bar Lazy J the best experience and vacation we've ever had. We'll be back year after year.

Thank you for what's consistently the best week of the year! It's always hard to re-enter the real world after leaving the Bar Lazy J, but the memories from last week are wonderful. After the runoff subsided, the fishing was terrific and your guide, Dave Parri, is the best. I'm a good trout fisherman, but spending a day with Dave helped perfect some techniques and teach me new ones. As usual, your staff is top-notch and the food was delicious. And, once again, it was great seeing old friends and making new ones. Can't wait to try to arrange a return visit in August or September. Thank you again for a week in Heaven!
